2 pieces of tofu

Proper amount of flour

Two chives

1 teaspoon sugar

Vinegar 1.5 teaspoons

1.5 teaspoon soy sauce

1 teaspoon oyster sauce


Step 1:

Wash and cut scallion

Step 2:

Half a bowl of water and 1 teaspoon of flour

Step 3:

1 teaspoon sugar

Step 4:

1.5 teaspoon soy sauce

1.5 teaspoon vinegar

Step 6:

1 teaspoon oyster sauce

Step 7:

Stir to make it mixed evenly

Cut the old tofu into about 7mm wide

Roll round the flour

Step 10:

In a hot oil pan, add the bean curd with flour and fry until golden

Step 11:

Pick up

Step 12:

Leave the oil in the frying pan and pour in the tofu

Add the sauce and cook until the sauce is collected

Sprinkle with Scallion to make a pot
