Steamed oysters with minced garlic
Two spicy millet
Proper amount of edible oil
2 spoonfuls of soy sauce
Brush the shell of the oyster with a brush, wash the oyster meat, and put it on the plate.
Cut the garlic into small pieces, and cut the millet into small circles.
Heat up the oil pan, put in the right amount of oil, when the oil temperature is 50%, stir fry the garlic and millet, stir fry the fragrance, put out the standby.
Use a small spoon to spread the stir fried garlic into each oyster.
Top each oyster with soy sauce.
Boil the water in the steamer, add the oysters and steam for 5-6 minutes.
